Designpix Ltd. will take a thorough brief of your requirements in order to produce the correct identity for your business within the agreed time scales, it is your responsibility to ensure that we are aware of your specific requirements.
All logo designs remain the property of Designpix Ltd. until a final choice is paid for. Once payment is received, the final design will be supplied in various digital formats and then becomes the customer's property. Designpix Ltd. will not use the design for any other clients' projects.
Copyright of your logo can be obtained online or via a third party if required.
Designpix Ltd. will design and provide you with an OpenCart platform, with all the CMS features you need to run an online business.
It is our commitment to ensure that you (the client) are provided with fully functioning, completed work (this means that your website is aesthetically correct according to the visuals that have been signed off, the functionality is working according to the initial brief, the first batch of agreed products are listed correctly, the website is tested before go 'live', you have been provided with login details and training to the back-end administration area).
By agreeing for the site to go ‘live’, you are accepting that you have checked and are fully satisfied with the site. Please note that if the client adjusts or disables any settings that effects the correct functionality of the website, there may be a charge to fix or return to the correct settings. Designpix will not be held responsible if the client does not adhere to supplied instructions on how to manage the website correctly and a fault occurs due to the client’s poor management of the system.
The price quoted is for the work agreed on the quotation only. Any future structural or design changes to the site may require a new quotation. Sales are final and no refunds are given on completed and approved work.
We will hold intellectual copyright of any material, including any source code and original designs created for the client until payment of the final invoice. It will then become the property of the client.
Integra is an in-house built CMS platform which is robust and scalable to suit your current and future business needs.
Integra CMS is setup and configured to work seamlessly on the designated server and is non-transferable to other website hosts or providers. If FTP access is required by you or your developer, a limited FTP account can be provided allowing work to the front-end side of your website. Back-end development and updates must be carried out by Spin Digital.
As a valued client, you fully own the design and content of your website. In the event that you wish to move your Integra Website to a different host, we can provide you with a full working digital copy of your static website on request, for a fee of £37.50. The digital copy would include all the front-end design, content and page structure, packaged and ready to be uploaded to a different server, allowing you to easily move your website elsewhere.
Spin Digital take care of the running and management of your website hosting requirements. Their hosting packages are provided through reputable hosting companies based in the UK, using the latest hosting server technologies.

Designpix & Spin Digital shall retain full rights to all the project files delivered in the scope of the project, including all coding and design copyright, patent rights and trade secret rights in the Background Technology. The client is granted, to the extent it is legally able to do so, a nonexclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the Background Technology in the Web Application Project developed for and delivered to them under this Agreement.

A deposit of 50% of the price quoted is required for the project to be started. A deposit of 25% is required halfway through the project, at the end of the build phase.The remaining balance will be invoiced once the project is completed and payment is required within 30 days of issue date. Any additional work agreed and quoted for during the project will be included in the final invoice.
BACS payments are our preferred payment method, please see the details at the footer of your invoice, otherwise, please make cheques payable to Designpix Ltd (address details are at the footer of your invoice).
Late payments are subject to a 5% late charge every calendar month from the date of completion until payment is settled. If payment is still not settled after 90 days Designpix Ltd reserve the right to suspend your service/s until payment is received in full.
In the event that payment is withheld where services have already been rendered, Designpix Ltd reserve the right to temporarily suspend your service/s until payment is received in full. Legal notices or action may be taken as deemed necessary and any fees or expenses incurred in such action will be borne by the customer.
If a project exceeds the timescales that were originally agreed, due to excessive client amends, the final invoice will reflect this.
